Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed Sunday–Thursday ship on the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday–Saturday ship on Monday.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
  • Any free‑shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, or shipping mistake), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all inserts.
  • Your return request must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • An order number and RMA are required.

How to Return

  2. Request an RMA. We will provide the RMA and step‑by‑step instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the return address with the RMA clearly indicated on the parcel.
  4. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the refund is completed.
  5. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error; in that case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the postage.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering.
  • Dietary supplements that have been opened or unsealed (safety and hygiene).
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components/accessories.
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • “Empty box” returns (packaging without product).
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago, unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

Condition Requirements

  • Include the RMA and a copy of the order confirmation inside the parcel.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.

Defective or Incorrect Items
