HSA/FSA Reimbursement (Flex)

Use HSA/FSA via reimbursement (not direct checkout payment).

1. Complete a Flex consultation to get an LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity).

   Flex may charge a one-time $15 consultation fee to issue your LMN (typically valid for 12 months). If you already have a valid LMN, you may use it instead.

2. Purchase on Fmlave as usual using a regular payment method (do not use your HSA/FSA card).
3. Submit your LMN + receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

Note: Reimbursement approval is determined by your plan administrator.
