Overview

• We ship orders for Fmlave.com as quickly and reliably as possible.
• Processing is generally same day or next business day.
• Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates from carriers and may vary.

Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders placed Sunday–Thursday ship on the next business day.
• Orders placed Friday–Saturday ship on Monday.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service selected.
• Any free‑shipping promotions or thresholds will be shown at checkout when applicable.
• We recommend choosing a tracked service; tracking details are sent by email when available.

Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic (U.S.): typically 6–7 days depending on carrier and destination.
• Delivery may occur between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm local time.

Order Tracking

• You will receive an Order Confirmation email after placing your order.
• When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking (if available for your chosen service).
• If you cannot find tracking, check your confirmation emails or contact Support.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

• Please review your shipping address before completing checkout.
• After an order is processed, we may be unable to modify products, flavors, or addresses.
• If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an invalid address, we can reship to a corrected address or refund product costs once processed.

Duties & Taxes (International)

• International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by destination countries.
• These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs policies vary; please contact your local customs office for details.

APO/FPO/DPO & Military Addresses

• We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses; transit times are typically longer.
• Use the APO/FPO format (do not include city and country names) to ensure proper routing.

Restrictions

• Some items may be restricted by local regulations. We comply with applicable laws and cannot ship prohibited items to certain regions.
• If a shipment is rejected by customs or returned due to restrictions, we will refund product costs once the parcel is received and processed; shipping fees are not refundable.

Lost or Missing Packages

• Check around your property and with neighbors; carriers may leave packages in secure locations.
• For apartments, also check parcel lockers or the leasing/manager’s office.
• Contact the carrier with your tracking number. If unresolved, email contact@fmlave.com.

Split Shipments & Backorders

• To prevent delays, orders may ship in multiple parcels; you will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.
• Pre‑orders or backorders will ship when available; we will notify you via email.

Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Overview

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fmlave.com.
• Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
• If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, or shipping mistake), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Returns must follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process below.

Eligibility

• Item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all inserts.
• Your return request must be submitted within 15 days from the delivery date.
• An order number and RMA are required.

How to Return

1. Contact Return Customer Support: +1(626) - 438-5510 or contact@fmlave.com.
2. Request an RMA. We will provide the RMA and step‑by‑step instructions.
3. Ship the item to the return address with the RMA clearly indicated on the parcel.
4. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt until the refund is completed.
5. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error; in that case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse the postage.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Any item that has been opened, used, or shows signs of tampering.
• Dietary supplements that have been opened or unsealed (safety and hygiene).
• Items returned without original packaging or missing components/accessories.
• Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
• “Empty box” returns (packaging without product).
• Items purchased more than 15 days ago, unless defective or shipped incorrectly.

Condition Requirements

• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Include the RMA and a copy of the order confirmation inside the parcel.
• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Inspection & Approval

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 10 days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos or a description.
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund, and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If a replacement is requested, we will ship once the return is approved.

Exchanges

• For eligible unopened items, an exchange may be arranged upon request.
• Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.
• For defective items, we'll cover all return costs (shipping & restocking fees).

Notes

• If your order included promotional bundles or gifts, please return all included items to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, a partial refund may be applied based on retained items.
