How do I take Brain Health (how many, when, with food)?
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning or early afternoon. For best comfort, take it with a meal. If you’re sensitive, start with one capsule every other day for the first week.
What should I feel, and when can I expect results?
Many people notice changes in “mental clarity” or focus support within 1–2 weeks, while more consistent “memory and cognitive support” is usually evaluated over 4–8 weeks. Your sleep, stress, caffeine, and consistency matter.
Can I stack it with NAD+ or other nootropics?
Yes. Brain Health already includes NAD+ (nicotinamide riboside) plus Alpha-GPC and B vitamins, so keep stacks simple. If you add a separate NAD+ product or other nootropics, start low and add one item at a time to judge tolerance.
Will it make me jittery or affect sleep?
It’s stimulant-free, so it shouldn’t feel like caffeine. However, if you’re sensitive, take it earlier in the day. If sleep feels lighter, reduce caffeine or switch to morning-only dosing.
Any side effects?
Some people may notice mild headache, nausea, stomach upset, or tension—often related to choline support from Alpha-GPC or taking it on an empty stomach. Taking it with food, staying hydrated, or using every-other-day dosing at first usually helps.
Who should avoid it or check with a doctor first?
Avoid if pregnant/nursing or under 18. Check with your clinician if you have a medical condition, take prescription medications, or are preparing for surgery—especially if you take medications that affect the nervous system or are managing blood pressure.
